Educator Effectiveness

The Wisconsin Educator Effectiveness System is a learning-centered, continuous improvement system designed to improve the education of all students in the state of Wisconsin by supporting guided, individualized, self-determined professional growth and development of educators.

CESA #11 provides support for Educator Effectiveness on a regional basis in both the CESA 6 EP Model and the DPI EE Model.  District-level support is available for new or continuing teacher training in both the selected model and Frontline My Learning Plan system.  Training is available for new and continuing evaluators including calibration sessions and certification review.  Support is also available for the implementation and development of SLOs and PPGs.
